Exclusion of a pupil from a private primary school
The expulsion of a pupil from school is one of the protective measures that are part of the school's measures, which is generally regulated in Section 58 (2) of the School Act, according to which a pupil may be expelled if he/she is guilty of an offence against the school rules.
