In the event that a parent appeals the decision of the principal of a private school as part of the administrative procedure, it is necessary that the principal, as the administrative body that decides on matters specified by Act No. 596/2003 Coll. on State Administration in Education and School Self-Government and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on State Administration in Education") in Section 38, Paragraph 1 of the Act on State Administration in Education, should be given the right to appeal the decision of the principal, he was informed of the further procedure under Act No. 71/1967 Coll. on Administrative Proceedings (Administrative Procedure Code), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Procedure Code").
